Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 April 2026. Last updated: 2026-05-21. By using thailandtravelcard.com you agree to the terms below. The service is operated by Thailand Travel Card S.L., a company registered in Spain (registration number to be added on launch). Contact: legal@thailandtravelcard.com.

1. Nature of the service

Thailand Travel Card ("we", "us") helps travelers file the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) with Thai Immigration. Our fee is for guided filing, human review and priority processing.

2. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old or submit on behalf of a minor in your care. You are responsible for the accuracy of every field you provide. False or incomplete information may result in rejection by Thai Immigration and is not refundable.

3. Refunds and guarantees

  • 30-minute change-of-mind window: you may request a 100% refund within 30 minutes of payment, provided we have not yet submitted your application to Thai Immigration. Once submission has started, this window closes.
  • Rejection guarantee: if Thai Immigration rejects an application we filed on your behalf, we refund 100% of the service fee.
  • SLA guarantee: if we miss the SLA of your chosen tier (48h, 12h or 2h) because of our internal processing, the service fee is refunded in full.
  • Service fee non-refundable post-success: once Thai Immigration approves your TDAC and we deliver it, the service has been performed and the service fee is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Full detail in our refund policy.

4. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for consequential damages such as missed flights, rebookings or accommodation losses. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties, including Thai Immigration.

5. EU consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, EU Directive 2011/83/EU normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our service is a digital service performed entirely online and is typically delivered within minutes or hours, by paying you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (i.e. once we have submitted your application to Thai Immigration). Until performance starts, the 30-minute change-of-mind refund in §3 is available regardless of this waiver.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. The courts of the city where Thailand Travel Card S.L. has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service, save that consumers resident in another EU member state retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and to rely on any mandatory consumer-protection rules of that residence (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Article 18).

For online dispute resolution, EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will engage in good faith with any complaint received via that channel before formal proceedings.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or the service. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
