Who operates this service
Thailand Travel Card is operated by Digital Nafta Portal FZCO, a free-zone company registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis (IFZA/DSO), United Arab Emirates. Billing and the Stripe merchant of record for European customers is Thailand Travel Card S.L., a company registered in Spain.
Our mission
Most travelers learn about the TDAC a few days before their flight, on a phone, while juggling hotel bookings and jet lag. The official form can be confusing, especially around passport validity rules and accommodation addresses. We built a 3-minute flow with human review and tight SLAs so you can book, apply and forget it.
How we work
- Fast: standard in 48h, fast in 12h, priority in 2h. If we miss the SLA, we refund in full.
- Secure: passport data is encrypted at rest, purged 30 days after delivery, and never shared with advertisers.
- Human: every filing is reviewed by a real agent before submission. We reply to support emails in under two hours during business windows.
