How quickly will I receive my TDAC?
Standard filings arrive within 48 hours. Fast within 12 hours. Priority within 2 hours of submission during business windows. If we miss the SLA, you are refunded in full.
What do I need to apply?
A valid passport, your flight and accommodation details, and an email address. The whole form takes about 3 minutes and is autosaved as you go.
Do you offer a refund if my TDAC is rejected?
Yes. If Thai Immigration rejects an application we filed on your behalf, we refund 100% of the service fee — no questions asked.
Can I apply for my whole family in one order?
Yes. You can add multiple travelers during checkout. Each traveler is filed individually with Thai Immigration.
How do I track my application?
You will receive an email with a tracking link after checkout. You can also enter your tracking token on the /tracking page to see live status.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout runs over Stripe with 3D Secure enabled by default.
Is my passport data stored securely?
Yes. All submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest. Passport data is only used to file with Thai Immigration and is purged after delivery.
