Refund policy

Our promise

If we fail to deliver the result we sold you, you get 100% of the service fee back. No forms, no friction.

1. 30-minute change-of-mind window

Within 30 minutes of payment, and provided we have not yet started submission to Thai Immigration, you can request a 100% refund of the service fee for any reason. Email support@thailandtravelcard.com with your order ID and we will process the refund without further questions. Once submission to the official portal has started, this window closes and the rejection / SLA / post-success rules below apply.

2. Rejection by Thai Immigration

If Thai Immigration rejects an application we filed on your behalf, we refund 100% of the service fee. You do not need to prove anything beyond a copy of the rejection notice, which we normally receive directly from the portal.

3. Missed SLA guarantee

  • Standard tier: approved TDAC delivered within 48 hours of submission.
  • Fast tier: approved TDAC delivered within 12 hours of submission.
  • Priority tier: approved TDAC delivered within 2 hours of submission during business windows.

If we miss the SLA because of our internal processing, we refund 100% of the service fee. SLAs exclude delays caused by the official TDAC portal outages or by incomplete information from the applicant.

4. What is not covered

  • Rejections caused by false, inaccurate or incomplete information you provided (for example an invalid passport number or a flight date in the past).
  • Service fee non-refundable post-success: once Thai Immigration approves your TDAC, the service has been performed and the service fee is not refundable, including in cases where you choose not to travel.
  • Consequential damages such as missed flights, hotel rebookings or accommodation losses. See our terms of service.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@thailandtravelcard.com with your order ID or tracking token. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days. Stripe usually surfaces the credit in your account within 5 to 10 additional days depending on your bank.
